You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities conducted under your account

You agree to provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

If applicable:

• Fees are billed in advance on a subscription or usage basis
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing
• Prices may change with prior notice
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access

Payments are handled by third-party payment processors.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or misuse AI models or systems
• Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Services
• Upload data you do not have legal rights to use

6. Data and AI Usage

You retain ownership of your data. By using the Services, you grant SmartRevenue a limited license to process your data solely to provide and improve the Services, including AI model operation and refinement, subject to our Privacy Policy.

All intellectual property rights in the Services, software, models, content, and branding are owned by or licensed to SmartRevenue. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

Each party agrees to protect confidential information received from the other and to use it only for purposes related to the Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
